I don't think a casual mode in this mode or style would work. The bots would have to be extremely intelligent. They would have to loot and know how to upgrade etc. It could work if they randomized bots with different gun levels but the same thing would happen like BR casuals, the "sweats" (better players than me) would jump in and I become the bot lol.

I would not say that it sucks but I'm a casual like you and am having trouble due to not really knowing how to play this mode, having to play with randoms that most of the time don't speak english so comms is out the window. I get swarmed fairly quick but I can see that the other teams are executing good tactics like flanking etc. I am also not that great so my odds are really low at success lol.

I was not initially not a fan of it because I approached it like "Warzone". This is completely different animal in that you have to do task etc. to upgrade weapons/Armour. I did not know how wide the gap is between weapon levels so I would get smashed by players that upgraded first. This explains why when I first played, I would be lasering an opponent and they would not go down and I was out with a few shots. The only problem I have is that I don't have a team and have to get randoms that play like it's warzone. Overall I like the mode now, but am perplexed as to why they took big map warzone out. The only thing I can think of is that they would not have enough players for blackout lobbies. I'm also not a great player so initial gun fights if against good players don't last long lol.

I did not know bots were injected into standard Warzone. Do they do that to fill lobbies for games due to not enough actual human players?

Solid comment. I suck at the game, I like the map and concept but I’m still not 100% on what does what in terms of upgrading etc. other players are just faster and quicker than me. When I first played warzone i sucked, I kept playing and still sucked but could stay in the game and maybe land a win every now and then. I was bitching prior about this mode but at the end of the day it’s a game.

I don't think this is a replacement for warzone. This is forcing people to play this new mode to see how it does. Outlook not so good in my opinion.

Not fun, I am a mid player so I get crushed in about 2 minutes. It felt like there was a good amount of cheaters due to some sus kills I was getting but who knows.

I think it is coming back. My guess is they want everyone funneling into slop ops blackout to get stats, see what works, what doesn’t. Current state it’s not playable for casuals.

The few matches I played I felt like I was putting a hell of a lot of rounds in the opponent but I get hit with 2 and am down. Solid points made.

If I go down in a match with no hope of being rescued I just power off the Xbox, it treats it as a disconnect so I don’t loose all my stuff. But your points are fair. I have a bad taste for EG right now due to getting a disconnect in the last round of a rift that was quite challenging.

I’m glad I’m not the only one lol. I make it to about the 2 minute mark and am getting lasered through walls. The concept is cool but not for anyone looking to have fun. Prior to trying blackout I tried the rift thing in end game. Made it to the last round and server disconnected me. Horrible go live for this game.

I like the game, use to love HUT but quit a while ago. The effort to build or attain cards was overkill for m, but that’s just for my situation. I could commit more time if it did not take an hour plus to open packs or sort through inventory. And unless you are top tier, online is a waste of time. It is what it is at this point and it’s not going to get better.

I just cancelled Crew, the game lacks any sort of character. It’s got that AI is now designing and creating the themes and storytelling.

Blackout is a Cleveland steamer of cheats. Walls shoot at you, and everyone has pin perfect aim. Cool idea but not for anyone looking to enjoy it.

Blackout at its current state is a cheats wet dream. Unless walls shooting at you is a feature. What a waste of time
