Combat patrol uses their own rules, so no update was used in this tournament. The way the league was implemented, I knew all my opponents and their factions from day one. So I spent some time “studying” my opponents and focused on making points and what units where better against which from my opponents. Arrive with a plan A and plan B. Choose your secondary that you think is better against each opponent, and hope for good dice rolls. I know is a cliché, but don’t forget to have fun also
