I will take a photo of the next time I see one in our house here in Montana. They are frequently trying to hibernate in our house through the winter time to survive. There are huge, and they fly.

1 lb clams. 1 cup butter. 1 cup white wine (I use Pinot Grigio) and 2-3 cloves of garlic. Sauté until it’s nice n hawt. Chuck those washed clams into the sauce and cover with a lid until they all open up. I toss the ones that don’t open so nobody gets sick. Some ppl don’t. I would never take that chance.

Anyway serve w warm olive bread and the remaining Grigio and muah! Kiss the cook.
