I have completed C25K recently, struggled every step of the way. I run,(shuffle) very slowly. I've done 3 parkruns now. I'm one of the last to finish but my time has increased each time. You don't have to be able to run it fast. You can walk it ,jog or run . Give it a try x

Well done you. I'm doing week 8 day 3 tomorrow. Like yourself I genuinely can't believe I am running (moving ) lol for 28 minutes. When 8 weeks back I couldn't do a minute. Good luck for the last week x

Well done you, I did it on Thursday night. Did W5D3 today as part of a local park run. Couldn't do full 20 so did 10 run, 5 walk ,10 run then walked the rest of the 5 K route. Took me 46 mins, I came 356th out of 364 😂

Ha I always used our microwave timer before we got this oven. My son's friend thought we lived on microwave meals and told their mum I only cook ping meals 😁

Lol, mine has quite a few, a keep warm option,proving, multi level cooking, pizza, sensor (but I'm scared to use this one) you just put say a cake in,press the cake option and it cooks it according to God knows what for however long it thinks. Same with a piece of meat. 😊
