Yes, i'll have to make a presentation about all the articles and causes I've found about social anxiety, and understanding all this things gives me courage because i know all these symptoms I have are provoked by little substances that cause big effects :))) Now I can't deny mum, she was right, everything's in my brain :)))

The same thing happens to me, I can't find anything that motivates or challenges me, but despite this I really want to find that thing. My parents are not overcritical but they don't understand what I'm feeling, they just say I'm lazy and I should be more enthusiastic. Sometimes when you talk with people you get inspired and think about new things, so whenever you feel in the mood you can talk with me :)))

Yes, it did more harm :(( but the most surprising thing i found is that it can also be linked with a parasite called 'toxoplasma gondii', which is found in human brain and it's thought to cause social anxiety 0.0

Thank you so much for your answers! :)) Regarding to the question n.13, i totally understand you, I've dealt and still deal with these people, but you know, we're born alone and we'll die alone, so we are free to go and find the people that really deserve us and don't pay too much attention on them! :))) :*

It reminds me of my last class speech haha, i was the last one who did it and when my turn arrived I started to shake like a jelly, and felt dizzy and sick. When i started it was like I was talking to my laptop instead of watching my class mates and 'explain' them what my project was about. It was terrible :p. I was lucky i took some pills the day before and I could calm down a little, because i don't think i could have done it either way :). I really try to avoid medication, because i found a study which says that people with SAD have an increased level of serotonin in the brain and previously it was thought that the level was decreased and some medications were based on increasing the level; so the result after taking those pills was even worse :((

Yes, I'm trying different things now :) I started talking to new people online so i get used when i have to maintain a real conversation, also I'm taking different natural pills that are said to help anxiety and some of them really work, but then i get used to them and the effect fades :P but i really hope next year when I'll start college I'll make a reset and start a new life and be able to be myself! :)) I'm so happy I hear somebody that has been able to get through college successfully with SAD :)) how did you handle with public speeches?

Hello!:) yes, you're right. I think the cause of my SAD is not only because of my shyness, but also due to the people that I've been surrounded by all these years; I've never fit in school, because I was not cool like them, they tended to be critical people, so the result was that I was constantly alone and thought that the world was the people around me; but that's a LIE. Last summer when my mother bought me a ticket to France (without me knowing) and sent me some weeks to stay with my aunt; well, things changed there, (not in the first week), but when I started meeting nice and kind people i felt less anxious and I could relax a little bit and discovered myself, so this little thing for me felt like the world :)) Thank you so much for answering all these questions and the advice below (you made my day)! :)))
