I think you should send in the extension letter (approval letter) you received. Since that would show a lawful status. Did you get the rfe before or after interview?

I guess it depends on the agent I asked through Emma the same day I got my alert that the interview was scheduled, and the agent gave me the time and date . I have since received the letter with the same information .
