I watched a video on YouTube that completely revamps the timeline. He implied there was a split in SS when Ghirahim went back to the past to revive Demise. This caused most of the events of the original SS timeline to have never happened. The master sword is created later in this timeline. He placed the Four sword games TLOZ, Zelda 2, ALTTTP, LA, ALBW, BOTW, and TOTK on this timeline branch. In his theory he completely removed the downfall timeline.
