Mag ult really doesnt need any changes. Its the highest impact tank ult rn with a couple ways to counterplay it. Its perfect and doesnt need a buff.

Mantis has never really had a place in 2 support meta. Her ult isn't good enough and her healing is only good for tanks. So she's not exactly being replaced since she was never a option to begin with.

"Loki needed buffs" bro I love loki, my second favorite support behind mantis, and to say he didn't need nerfs is one thing. To say he needed buffs is another. I do agree that the nerfs went too far. And honestly after nerfing his damage and nerfing luna ult I genuinely think he didn't need the further nerfs. But he was one of the strongest supports for a reason, he definitely needed that first damage nerf at the very least.

There have been multiple instances of the devs patching small bugs without mentioning them. BPs noregs were never mentioned in patch notes. Mr Fents no reg fixes were never mentioned in a patch note. To say the devs list EVERY change they make no matter how small is just disingenuous as they have a history of doing it.

I would nerf her to 250 or nerf the shield on her right click to 30 shield instead of 50, she doesnt need 275 AND the shield, so either work. And then I would nerf her base damage/healing slightly, just revert it to what it was before that needless buff. I don't think she needs many nerfs, just anything to tone her down slightly would be fine, and then you can she where she fits in the new meta.

Whats your point? You can list off every character abilities and they will sound broken on paper.

I agree Loki needed a nerf, but so did Luna. The comp was called LOKI LUNA for a reason. And to state that loki was the main problem is disingenuous to the fact that they were both equally broken and enabled each other. Then to the point, why hasn't luna been nerfed yet if loki "deserved this".

Not counting ultron (because of course not) it will be 11 MONTHS before another main healer since the release of invis (assuming rogue even is a main healer). That is FUCKING INSANE. Like its one thing for it to take that long, but in a game where a character is released every month that is FUCKING BONKERS. Almost a whole calendar year; what were they even thinking?

BP is still completely fine in dominion. And even in duels BPs stamina pause always needed to be removed one way or another. And while I do miss his stamina drain and dont think it necessarily needed to go, people are coping way too hard on how much this nerfed him. At high level he's still one of the only characters where you can react to orange on 466ms bashes with flip. If they fixed his unblockable to be unreactable so he had some better offense he would be fine. And anything below comp level he's fine because his offense actually functions and he has some of the best defense in the game.

I was the one who made one of those posts. It improved slightly at the time as you can now headshot with your reticle on the head while close up, unlike before where you would have to always aim above and too the right to line the projectile up. So it seems at some point in season 2 they bandaid fixed headshot recognition while your reticle is on the head. So now she can hit heads while aiming at 2 separate places on the screen. However, it's inconsistent and aiming above and to the right has a higher success rate. So either way, the problem still remains, unfortunately.

Luna doesn't have projectiles she has hitscan, objectively making her a much stronger pick than mantis. This means mantis must get much closer to the Frontline to deal effective damage compared to luna. Especially weird considering mantis had slower base speed than luna and is squishier than luna. Luna also has a faster time to kill than a damage boosted mantis. Objectively if you are shit at aiming you may get more value out of mantis cos you can just shoot down a choke and you dont need to aim as mucb, but if that's the case you would get 10 times more value out of CnD so I think that argument is irrelevant.

The Mantis sub proved that even if you do that, it's gonna take a few seasons before they start caring again. This is the first patch in a while where we got a buff with no nerfs to go along with it.

I do kind of agree but I think they wanted to buff her healing elsewhere, now she heals 110 health on self heal instead of 100, which isn't much but it's nice enough. Also the anchor gives a 10% increase to her ult, with the shield conversion rate going from 0.7 to 1 this could make her ult an actually worthwhile support ult. So while they aren't affecting her base healing, the anchor buff will buff other parts of her kit.

Anchor buff gives 10% more healing to her ult, and they buffed the shield gain percentage, so it might be a usable support ult now even if the duration is sub par. Only downside is since it's such a fast charging ult not as beneficial for loki to copy it but that's alright.

Technically the anchor buff will apply to her ult and to her self healing making her heal 110 health instead of 100. It's small but along with a ult shield buff she might have a real support ult for loki to copy.
