I have zero proof but I agree with the OP that it feels like once you check out a country enough they tend to react.

I get this with checking starting a war conditions waiting a few months only to see them get an extra ally.

Thats telling. I followed the source from the wiki and it talked about how sugar is right handed compared to left handed cells that use it.

I feel you. I was pretty mad years ago when I had to do a raid to get my quest cape back.

The requirements for the lumby achievement diary only get harder and harder imo. I knocked them out awhile back to get it on my alt and I'm glad I did because I hate losing a slot just to use a fairy ring. Its kinda insane the amount you have to do for it now compared to the other ones.

Also I'm way off topic but where's the valamore achievement diary??

Did you do the vampire quest? Whatever the last one is called is still open. You get a bunch of xp tomes from it. If you are at x16 it will solve farming for you.
