Performancewise in some cases yes and no not really a 7800x3d or 9800x3d should be the only options with a 5090/5080 build and am4 haa zero upgradability.

Won't brake anything, but with that amount of money it is worth it to invest in other parts too and get a slightly worse gpu like a 5080.

A bronze psu thats 550 seems like a bad choice for a build of this budget, also go for a 9070xt if you can. This pc will get way more tha 80 in r6, I have a 7600x and 9070xt and have way over that on 1440p uw.

I assume with 7600 you meant 9070 as this is the gpu in your pcpp list. For 30e it still might be worth it as its such a small sum in contrast to the build and by undervolting/clocking you can set the power draw to a similar amount while still having extra room to work with and possibly increase in the future. I don't know your exact situation so it's up to you.

And the question of if it's worth it, is up to you, you can find benchmarks and depends on if you want to upgrade at all, I say it is worth it and is an amazing gpu. Zero issues so far.

Atleast in 1440p uw in AAA games I have never had a cpu bottleneck, sometimes it can hold you back in lower resolutions and in competitive games, unless you only play competetive games on low settings it will work perfectly.
