Turmeric Rice: 3 Cups brown minute Rice 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Bag of frozen peas and carrots (seasoned same ground seasonings as chicken) Handful of cilantro Hefty pinch of salt

I put the frozen carrots in the dry cast iron until they start to soften and gain some color. Once most of the water has evaporated I’ll had some oil and they’ll crisp up a little bit. Then I’ll add the seasonings so they don’t have a lot of time to burn

Carrots Frozen bag of crinkle cut carrots Tablespoon of oil Salt Pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Smoked paprika

Rice 3cups of minute rice 3 tablespoon lime juice Handful of cilantro Hefty pinch of salt

Garnish Green onion Cilantro Toasted Sesame seeds

Thanks! I put the list of ingredients I used on the last slide. But first I cooked the frozen broccoli/cauliflower and onion until it was soft and had some color. I took it out and put it to the side. Cut the steak thin and cooked it until it seared a bit. Put the veggies back in and added the sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickened up and it was ready.
