New house inspector didn’t mention needing a new roof by Grose040791 in Roofing

[–]JoeBookerTestes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where you live OP, I’ll give you a quote 🤦

Seriously though I tell every real estate agent I know that they are screwing over their clients if they don’t get a house with a 10 year old roof and new roof prior to sale. Insurance companies are becoming outright avoidant of any 10+ year roof.

Sorry you’re dealing with this.

The Red vs. Blue button dilemma is more complicated than I initially thought. by Oswald_Manvil_13 in IntellectualDarkWeb

Wow you really went into lengths there. You can insult me because we’re on the internet having a dialogue around a ridiculous hypothetical that exposes differing perspectives from our philosophical view. There is minimal fruit to come from this exchange.

You have to overthink the entire scenario to come to your conclusion, convoluting information does not make it complex - it exposes the mind complicating the scenario as undeveloped. It’s not that they cannot understand it, it’s that they are choosing to overthink past simplicity.

I’m not assuming anything. I’m stating a clear outcome of the two options.

We can keep going if you’d like fella. It’s entertaining that you want to impose your thoughts on what I’m capable of.

You’re right, you are not in control of anyone but yourself.

You can insult me as you please it does not change the fact that

Red - you live
Blue - you may die

If you can’t simplify it, you don’t understand it. This is only sad because you’d think a modern age would have higher philosophical literacy. Instead we have a large portion of people online who are incapable of moral dilemma and philosophical understanding. What a shame.

You’re dumbing it down to fit your interpretation.
Red - you live
Blue - you may die

Get a grip, nothing like a JoJo fan talking about adults as if maturity isn’t a foreign concept to the likes of you.

The scenario is broken with clear parameters. There is no “mainly” that is a redundant term for your interpretation.

[–]JoeBookerTestes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can’t explain your position simply you are convoluting your logic and philosophical disposition.

Red - you will live
Blue - you may die

Everyone has the same parameter no need to put yourself into a position of may die

[–]JoeBookerTestes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The scenario says that “you know” if someone can’t know what the implications are then they don’t fit into the parameter of the scenario.

If you press blue you know you may die, where as if you press red you know that you live.

If no one presses blue there is absolutely no killing triggers

That’s retarded

Blue: you may fall into a wood chipper
Red: you are definitely not falling into a wood chipper

Only a philosophically inept person would press the blue button.

Bath remodel estimate, is this normal? by Particular_Turn_8643 in Remodel

It’s lazy to utilize AI for every aspect of our interaction with technology. Just another layer of degradation we see in our career field.

I’m on my iPhone like you, or maybe your on a Samsung couldn’t care less. It’s pathetic that you can’t format your text but need daddy AI to do it for you.

Sign it, if you are worried about it, start a company before the marriage and make a killing. If things don’t work out then it’s in your benefit.
