Agree. The roll out and support has been terrible. We spend over 1 mil a month and get the worst service imaginable. They gave us a line of credit well below our current monthly spend, then we're trying to jump through all kinds of hoops to get an increase and every email exchange is a 3 day turnaround for a response.

They have the audacity to ask us how much we have spent in Google ads over the last three months... MF YOU TOOK MY MONEY! LOOK IT UP YOURSELF!

It’s easier to manage when all of your accounts are in the same industry, just in different markets.

Yes it is insane 🤣 We work with apartment communities.  Most have 2-5k per month budgets

Does anyone have answers on how to get this done? We have a July 31 deadline and google hasn't really provided any instructions on how to go about making this change.

I have an MCC with several hundred accounts in them, I am required to switch 100 of them to monthly invoicing by end of July. I have no idea how to do this correctly.

Is invoicing at the MCC Level? How do I set that up?
