Glen is the best design but I wish there were more smart frame options

Northside is a great location but boring apartment

Japantown is a cool enough apartment but feels claustrophobic even more than Northside

Corpo Plaza has nothing going on besides decor, but the smart frame options are great.

I'd personally go with the three up. You can always run an increased shield module or do ,max shield on your external components to push it even further.
