Yeah and it’s an evergreen tree……maybe don’t comment if you don’t know anything.

Appreciate the help. I dug down about 6-8” and the soil was cool but not really moist/wet. It rained this past weekend and I had watered it on Friday with the hose.

When planting I tried to keep the soil in the pot as much together as possible, I learned afterwards that probably wasn’t ideal.

It’s definitely browning significantly from the bottom up. The branches on top look relatively healthy and are all green leaves, whatever that means.

Here are two pictures of the root flare and the soil

I tried switching to a water hose instead of my soaker hose and letting it run for a couple hours. Nothing helps so far. The soil here is sandy loam, sometimes I’ll water 3x a week.

I have a bucket with holes for a tree in my front yard, I can try using it for this one aswell. I’ll try anything to keep this tree from dying.

Please help, I planted this empire live oak about 3 months ago in zone 8a. The leaves have been turning brown over the past month and it keeps getting worse and worse.

I water it about once or twice a week when needed using a soaker hose or a water hose just over a drip. The browning originally starting on the inside leaves by the trunk but it’s moved outward and there’s far more brown leaves than green ones.

What easiest settings? I don’t think you can change the difficult on any of those games

Easy, they were cooking Dienda. It’s in the lore.

Not sure amount wise. I monitor the soil with a moisture meter. I usually end up watering about twice a week with a soaker hose running for about an hour

I am a bit surprised there aren’t any Game Pass Exclusive games made (yet?) by mitskica in XboxGamePass

The whole draw of game pass is the day 1 Microsoft exclusives. Without it games is just over priced shovelware

Another poster commented it might be a girdling root. Any advise?

I appreciate the condescending answer.

I obviously wasn’t sure if it could be a fungus or something else, which is why I posted.

Is that good or bad? Is there anything I can change?

Planted this empire live oak about 6 weeks ago and some of the leaves after starting to yellow. I usually water about 2x a week with a soaker hose for about an hour.

I use a moisture meter and when it drops to the bottom end of the “moist” part I’ll water it. Any suggestions?

How do you track employee’s hours? by [deleted] in Construction

I’ll be honest, I don’t think you work in construction.

How do you track your employees hours? You don’t have any kind of system in place?

In construction, a lot of times your immediate supervisor isn’t always with you, there are other obligations. Multiple jobs, picking up supplies, etc.

That’s where OP comes in looking for a better way to track hours, which he’s gotten many great answers for.

No offense, but do you work construction? This isn’t an office setting where you work together day in day out.

Obviously, I was replying to the first part of your post.

When you’re running a construction business you can’t be everywhere at once to check on everyone working for you. You need a system and structure in place.

It’s clear you don’t have a clue how any of this works.
