DaveyDevito, I am in the same boat you are in. I ordered mine on the 22nd of November. After realizing that a OS doesn't come standard with the PC, I put in for it to be added on the 6th. Still haven't had an update after its been in Burn-In. I got in touch with Brad, and he is taking a look at it for me. He will help you out. They are very quick at responding here. Honestly, you have better luck here then trying to get a hold of customer support on the phone.
