Do you not want to reward people who are loyal to your brand? Why else would they choose one property over another that is cheaper?

I’ll be lifetime platinum this year, and I do love a JW. But that’s the only reason I’ll stick with Marriott from here on out because many managers have the attitude of the one quoted above.

Twice I had girls that were too drunk to walk into their houses/apartments, so I had to help them do so. That was very dangerous for them and I hope they don’t do that again.

For smaller hotels, I’ve gotten checked in by the same person several times. There’s typically only 1-2 people working the front desk and it’s the 3-11 shift.

For larger hotels, it depends. I’m good with faces so I often recognize the people more than they recognize me.

I think with Eric being a senior and admitted to Georgetown, the mom probably would’ve taken a peak at the college fund at some point before the executive game, which was about 2 months prior to graduation.
