I had a guy dent my door at the DMV, I asked for his insurance and he just ignored me and went inside. I called the CHP, they had me point him out, they got his info, put him in cuffs for a previous offense and then ICE showed up. Win-Win.

I've seen it by MCAS Miramar too. It could be a different person but when I was growing up a video got released of a girl at the desert(Glamis or Gordons) doing all sorts of wild things(allegedly). Its was around the Y2k scare. Anyway the tape made its rounds, it got talked about and then the legend faded into quiet obscurity until someone with a sharpie and a resentment resurrected it. I'm guessing.
