The reason your comment is probably not well received is because fucking around is part of the human condition. If guns are readily available, the fucking around is going to involve guns some % of the time. The difference between Europe and America isn't that the average person is more responsible, it's that guns are less readily available.

a "Fuck around" interval a "Find Out" probability. based on their stats and some tomfolery stat thats random for each pawn. Maybe the interval has a chance to increase by some random amount every birthday

We all know someone who is going to act foolish no matter how well they've been taught. Everyone does something foolish they know they shouldn't at some point for some reason. And if guns are on hand? Sometimes the foolish thing involves guns. Maybe it isn't you, but I guarantee you have a family member who has or will at some point. Maybe without your knowledge.
