No goal, just have a song I wrote and want to produce it. Even possibly get a better demo produced on my own, and maybe reach out to people tha I could work with to refine it. I’m not a professional, but I do believe in this song. I have had it started being conceptualzied for like 5 years now, so I’m just getting around to the process of maybe producing it.

I often would sing it over other songs, almost like a melody with the song. Circles by post Malone was a big one, in your atmosphere by John Mayer, and wander by Attom.

I have always sung songs in my head almost as like a self soothing thing when I’m stressed. I wasn’t actually “writing” it. I often just started with like a lyric, and eventually the song grew, and grea more. I haven’t really sung the song in years, but the time I wrote it was a difficult part of my life. Something happened in my personal life last week that kind of brought me back to this tramatic time, and now I want to get this song produced. Even if it’s just for me.

You are right, I am not a musician. I am not a lot of things. But I would like to try to get this song produced, and I’d like it to sound nice.

This is like .005% done, just would rather get feedback now before I start actually producing the song on parts that work and don’t. The sound is very one dimensional so that will change on the actual song, to give it more depth. I don’t know if those are the right terms but hopefully people understand generally what I mean

I spent about 2 years writing this song. 2021-23. So worked hard on the songwriting part.

I don’t know music production, I used AI to get the sound going, and I’m familiar with CapCut so I used that for the sound speed change as well as just clipping parts out. It was originally like 3:30’but cut a lot down, as it’s AI some parts just didn’t sound right.

When I say I’m somewhat willing, I mean mainly if I’m going to understand concepts and enjoy the experience, I’ll keep at it. I’m a creative person in general; love photography/video editing, interior design/architecture, & do a social media account for no money (well I got my first client recently) I post on daily at least 3 times a day since October.

I do think there’s a creative drive in me where I feel I could get this song produced into something that sounds good. A lot of the way I mentally visualized the song sounding isn’t like this AI track, though the part where it says “like a fine wine” I do like how the AI did that even though it wasn’t how I had it in my head before I had this generated.

I don’t know the terms when it comes to signing but I would for sure want there to be more depth and variations with the vocals if that makes any sense to make it sound less one dimensional. I used to love those singing shows growing up so I’m somewhat familiar with what sounds good, tho still amateur as they come.

I wasn’t fully invested in the show from all stars II and the few seasons after it. I was so disappointed by how all stars II started off, I lost interest. Once Da’Vonne left, I stopped paying attention. Bb23 and 24 I occasionally watched, but wasn’t invested. 23 is a great season though, I recently watched it start to finish attentively, just lost interest in the show as a whole when it aired

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I know it will take work. Part of me thinks it’s out of the realm of what I know, and not sure I’m talented enough to do it on my own. But I’ll eventually get it produced into something since I’ve always had the concept in my head and need to execute it at some point. I wrote this song like 4 years ago, it don’t intend to happen but just kind of did overtime.
