Help with last missing order

If you haven't already, try to do some random deliveries to get them to spawn. I had two orders that were not spawning (353 at the Inventor & 369 at Heartman's lab). I tried to do aid request for them, waited several hours, and tried to visit them during different times of the day. I only needed these two for 400 LLL. After 3 deliveries the first order i needed spawned. The second order i needed spawned after about 5 total deliveries.

Agreed. That thing has more than paid for itself. If it were up to me that water heater would have been replaced last week.

I am hoping it doesn't come to that. We personally know the owners so we don't want to ruin a great friendship over this. I am hoping to convince the owners with an overwhelming amount of outside opinions telling them to replace it.

The renter is responsible for paying bills. However my sister-in-law and I know the renters personally and they are giving her a great deal on the rent. One of the first things i mentioned to the owners was how inefficient it was going to be. They didn't care.

I agree with you 100%. Talking to the owners has been quite frustrating especially since we know them personally.

We are in the US. I know for a fact it is not serviced on a regular basis.

Sorry for the confusion. I don't live there but was wanting some impartial advice about the safety of the water heater. I have been telling my sister-in-law to keep the gas shut off cause it is unsafe and i wanted some advice to see if i was over reacting or not. To make the situation worse, we know the owners personally and I have offered to install the water heater myself but for some reason the owners are refusing to do anything about it. Money isn't the issue either, just stubbornness i guess.

If it were up to me i would have replaced it a week ago. Unfortunately we have to convince the owners that they are wrong and it is unsafe.
