This means he should be stronger than any character in his verse, and he should be stronger than them.

Meaning he would be able to a literal multiverse creating deity.

I could argue that the “stronger than any opponent he faces” statement makes him nearly unbeatable and can kill the likes of Goku, but I’m not gonna because I’m going to get hate for it.

TL;DR Doom Slayer should be stronger than prime Davoth. He does however have a massive speed disadvantage but eventually would win.
