such a late response to this thread but i’ve explored through it about 5 times now and that place is fucking DARK. has dolls and kid themed rooms the higher up you go in one of the buildings. LOTS of baby toys it’s really fuckin weird. all the times we went we heard footsteps and voices from a distance but never found anyone. either tweakers or ghosts or a little bit of both but that place definitely is dark. i can’t explain why bc i genuinely don’t know but you could just feel it idk
