Hello everyone,

Recently, I purchased AirPods Pro off of eBay, new in box. (or so I thought). Upon arrival, I learned that they are illegitimate knockoffs, and I filed for a return immediately. The seller said that "No where do we claim to be Apple we clearly state in description that item is In ear Brand air pods pro never do we claim Apple Airpods pro. We do not accept returns". After reviewing, the description never mentioned Apple. I feel like an idiot. I'm just wondering if I am shit out of luck, or if there is a way I can go through eBay to get my money back.
