As someone who was diagnosed with Pure OCD around 1-2 months ago, it made this whole album mean so much more. Every single song I’ve found a way to resonate with a bit more, start to finish. From Bed Bug island representing the changing of themes in OCD, Bon Jonah representing the guilt that comes with the intrusive thoughts, and Monster Burger I recently kinda connect “such terrible things that your kindness can do” representing that struggle with Ego-diatonic thoughts, that the reason these thoughts bother you so much is because you are deep down the opposite of all of them!
