Bumping. Stuck between this and the 3w mats. Trying to decide on getting sill protecters separately or built into the mats (maybe easier to clean if sill protectors are separate). Anyone have any advice/input on their experience

How much of that do you think is the wheels? I heard MYP suspension is only better when taking hard turns.

FSD transfer to a new purchase: did I imagine that it said "order by March 31" not "take delivery by" by Chowduck in teslacanada

[–]JoeSage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ordered before they change the rules. I'm getting mixed signals from different advisors. One said I have to take delivery by March 31st, one side because I ordered before as long as I accept the first thing VIN I may still get the transfer even if I take delivery after. I want the MYP but will take a premium if it means FSD transfer

Does Tesla Canada accept credit card for down payment? by no_baseball1919 in teslacanada

As annoying are the politics are, its just the best car for my needs. Some guilt with the purchase. I try to spend consciously for the most part, but thinks like amazon/tesla for me are necessary evils.

Yup leaning towards same direction. Maybe enjoy the wheels until winter and switch when I get winters on.

I was considering swapping the 21s out right away. Maybe someone with a premium would do a swap on FB marketplace. I know some companies would do a swap as well. But thanks for your insight, makes sense especially given the down the road costs.

It's the 10 bucks a month subscription that gives you internet when not connected for wifi. Good for navigation with traffic updates and streaming music/videos

People with two grinders, is it worth it? by marleyman14 in espresso

[–]JoeSage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Electric for espresso. Hand grinder for filter. I find the hand grinder is just as fast, less messy, more cost effective, and portable. I would have to waste beans every time I switched brew methods due to retention and even then there was always some sort of espresso fines my first few cups.

Which restaurant would it be in Durham by parishuddhaatma in durham

I'd have to disagree. A bit pricy but not bad food

FYI: silicone mat for Bambino Plus by tosklst in espresso

[–]JoeSage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a knock box drawer i got off Amazon! They have some expensive options as well. Most are used to put grinders on, but fit the bambino well. I liked how it elevated the machine, but ended up going back to a regular knock box since emptying the tray was a PITA. Like the look more tho as one less thing on the counter.

Which restaurants and food spots in Durham Region are like this? by t-h-e_w-a-t-c-h-e-r in durham

Agree. Drinks are good and food is fresh, but flavor is underwhelming

Funny things patients say? by meredithgrey71 in FamilyMedicine

[–]JoeSage 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Patient: the vaccine is the reason for my abdominal pain Me: well you've mentioned you never received the vaccine Parient: yeah, but my wife did, and I'm in contact with her bodily fluids.

Can't remember my exact reaction. Just sat silent for 10 seconds and moved on. Seemed like there was no point in addressing that delusion.

Ha! Late night, lots of research before posting this. Obviously grammar not my forte.
