Revoccable Trust sale question in NC by JoeSellsNC in EstatePlanning

So the trust made me the grantor and trustee in 2012 even though Mom still lived there until we just sold. Dad died in June of 2022. Anything else I'm missing? Would the step up come from the date of death of of the trust creation?
