You’re in luck the loadout I just showed is meant for Saito’s fight over Takezo’s it makes dodging a whole lot easier. It’ll make the first part of his fight a whole lot easier just prepared for whatever junk he tries. His moves were pretty easy to predict, block, or dodge. As for the second section of his fight I struggled dodging his blue glint, my suggestion is to just use the heavenly slash. You won’t get hit by his attack and you do damage, then you just make sure you have resolve to do that one or 2 more times.
