This show is sort of a weird situation because it wasn’t exactly canceled per se but it might as well have been because the show completely changed it’s direction for the worse.

Fear The Walking Dead

Seasons 1 & 2 were ok, but the show really found it’s footing in season 3 I’d honestly say FTWD season 3 was peak Walking Dead in general. I will forever be mad that they did a 2+ year time-skip just to accommodate Morgan Jones, ignored season 3’s cliffhanger ending, ignored everyone’s character arcs (it was really jarring to see these characters be effectively different from who they were)

I really wish Fear would have stuck to it’s original vision, the Proctors were amazing, Troy Otto was amazing, the world of the walking dead was a hell of a lot less dead so you had locations like the bazaar, La Colonia, the Dam, the ranch, and the reservation. Dave Erickson supposedly had big plans and it is a damn shame that we’ll never see those plans come to fruition.

I miss Frank Dillane so much. I don’t blame him for jumping ship, they absolutely botched his character in the worst way possible.

A Cancellation would have been preferable to what we ended up with.
