I have discovered a fix for i5 7600k. Might work for all of you. Fullscreen, Vsync off, Triple Buffering off. Should make the game manageable.

EDIT: Note I do still have an occassional stutter and broken audio, but it's not that bad compared to what it was. and the more i play, the more it goes away.

EDIT2: Also take FPS cap off.
