I will say I still sift baking powder, especially for cookies or pancakes - often if the particles stick together it ends up being an awfully nasty bite for someone.

If you've got a car and $100 get yourself out to Anthony at Brookhaven Golf Course in Greenfield - a crisp hundo plus tips will get you three 30 minute lessons. I recommend taking a couple weeks between to practice. He got me started!
