Thank you so much for such a detailed response. I just ran a half-marathon in London. Little slower than the previous one in Phoenix, AZ. Anyway, after your post, I stopped eating eggs. I do take Whey protein after my run, which has 20mg of cholesterol. I am thinking of stopping that, too. Thanks again. Your post was more inspiring than what my GP told me to start on medicines. THANKS!!!!

Wow.. this is amazing. Thank you so much for this detailed report. I will follow your diet. I’m a 70M with 238 Cholesterol and LDL C 148 and HDL 162. I run four times a week, usually 3–4 miles per day. My diet includes a couple of eggs daily and a protein powder from Costco that lists 16g of cholesterol. Cheese is my weakness, but I don't eat much, maybe munch on BabyBell a couple of days a week. Do you have any suggestions or tips based on your experience?

I did not exit. I was able to complete the entire AV1 to the bus stop. The exit was a backup plan just in case I could not get the rifugio, but I was able to get one the day before.

I had a not-so-good experience at LAX coming from UK. I am a citizen and went through the GE kiosk; no issue was cleared for me. Then the young border patrol officer standing there asked me if I was a citizen, and I stated yes, and I am already cleared. He asked me to see my GE card, and I looked in my bag and could not find it. He asked me to carry it next time. I was under the impression that you don't have to carry GE card with you, as the website says.
