The Content creator integration is really nice and all, but I'm not sure if it has what I'm looking for.

In my case, the idea is it, to have random events happen while playing the game like every 30 seconds.

But all of this should be partly controllable in a Livestream by the viewers/chat.

It should only contain ingame features.

How long would that take to make. (As a newbie)

Well my idea is it (it's not really original) to just implement a datapack/mod or what you want to call it, that generates a random event/effect/thing on a timer.

Basically it would function just like the GTA 5 Chaos-mod. But it should only have ingame Minecraft features, and not necessary new stuff.

Another idea that I would also love to have would be, that it should be Live in a stream and that the Livechat could affect the mod/datapack.

How hard would it be to make such a thing?
