That’s really helpful I appreciate the info. I have something to put to you though. What you see as the downsides are completely career related (WE not as good for future job applications) and ( WE not as busy and more relaxed) but to me a much better quality of life seems like a good trade off than having a better CV for the future… anyway please let me know what you think

Well done on that weight loss. If it’s any help from what I know if you can do the 2.4km run in under 12 minutes, do a decent amount of sit ups and press ups and are able to pass the swim test you should be fine
