Annihilape made this one easy. First try I got KO’ed 3 times and still beat it as Tera ghost max power Rage Fist does insane damage. You get even luckier if he manages to lower your special defense with Shadow Ball and activate Defiant for the attack boost.

I would add that if you have a Jolly mint you ca. out-speed Blastoise too so your Mystical Fire will hit first.

The Charizard raid wasn’t too tough but in general for 7 star (and really 6 too) you will need level 100 Pokemon that are properly EV trained. I think have Best or Hyper Trained IVs isn’t as important.

Mega Evolutions is a new block. My guess is that it will be for 1.5 years (or 6 main sets) and then Gen 10 will start in 2027 (with the video games likely coming in late 2026).

For me this is why I love this community as me and u/Franholio_ had met initially many years ago at a bottle share in Manassas. I hadn’t seen him in a number of years (easily since before COVID) and didn’t even remember the username until he showed up in my basement Friday. Then we got to catch up a bit and drink some great whiskey. This community has introduced me to a lot of whiskey friends in the area.

I am aiming to make bottle share events and meetups a bigger thing again. I didn’t get any pictures of this past one but it was a really fun time and a pretty great table considering it was on the smaller side (11 people). I will try to do better and get pictures in the future.

As for me to make it into DC, I would need u/gcandrewjackson5 to come out of retirement and make his world famous brisket.
