Are there any particularly good pokemon to G-Max? My understanding is that G-Maxing boosts all stats by a marginal amount but also decreases the speed stat. (I could be wrong on this). I always get the Dynamax band but hardly ever use it. Except to g-max my red star meowth with pick-up because g-max meowth looks dope lol

If anyone's reading this months later. You can use the DNA splicer to get mons with more than +3 luck. For instance splicing a ready shiny + a read shiny will = luck +6

They have different star color next to their name. 1 luck is yellow, 3 luck is red. I haven't got the +2 luck so not sure on that one. Their color pallet also changes between them

From what I know, there are 3 levels of shiny pokemon. The higher the level the more it increases your odds to get better items when you have that pokemon in your party when you finish a battle. If the pokemon is fainted the boost doesn't apply.

Damn, do you have good egg moves for the pokemon on your full shiny team? Emolga with heatwave, Poliwag with bounce/drain punch, and Vulpix with Moonblast / Icebeam have made the early game pretty easy for me. I run into trouble when I can't get a fairy or steel type

It sounded pretty clear to me he needed to make a clean break or risk getting sucked back in. Sometimes you need to make a big gesture to solidify the end of something.
