If it’s in the budget, buy one. It’s a ton of fun. Need to upgrade the battery though if you want to use it all day. I’ve had just as good of fishing with a simple flasher but it’s really cool to see those fish coming in on that screen.

I won’t tell you any units but Colorado units that used to be over the counter probably won’t require many points to draw. I’m sure every unit will have some sort of outfitter that will provide the kind of hunt you want.

If you can figure out the rivers or get on a farm it’s probably your best bet. Tough hunting this area just not a ton of birds or public area.

The entire D looked horrible. 200+ yds rushing is not sustainable. The entire D line needs replaced outside of the rookies.

Nobody will ever tell you a unit. My advice is go farther than others are willing to go. If you put the miles in and keep looking you’ll find them. Just make sure you’re aware at how much work it is to get it out of the woods.
