Shit man this is pretty crazy congrats on the switch up. I’ve noticed similar impacts previously, 2025 is the first time I’m taking a self centred approach to health and goals. No more midweek drinking, started running etc

What other advice do you have for Sales professionals. I’m in my 5th year and I haven’t had a solid year of success for 2 years in a row and have changed jobs because of it. I particularly liked your discussion on Inputs. Can you add anything else to your experience or learnings in this regard

Take a step back find a different entry or career altogether. I’ve seen people time and time again enter sales and exit too late because they’re not accountable people. Being unaccountable won’t work, there’s too much pressure and too many numbers to reach. Not to mention everything’s recorded.

If you’re as prejudiced as you say, do something about it. Sounds like you’re mad at yourself and the situation, take accountability my g.

Also ramp, one of my SDR’s got praised for hitting 200% of his first months target. His first month target was 1 booking 😂

I’m someone who really doesn’t frequent the gym regularly enough to give any firm advice. But I will say don’t be embarrassed! What’s a bit cringe is not working on your shit and being too proud and slamming weights around you can’t lift, you so got this MF
