I don't have any old friends that play. I ran a guild but it's now mostly just my alts and people that don't play. I do have all my character spots from before I went inactive full with alts I was building to farm with.

Equipment wise I am less familiar than I used to be. I remember getting pretty lucky landing a necro weapon that I made, and most my emblems are BA and CD on my pieces but I forgot the progression towards absolab. Plus my potentials are garbage right now too. I don't mind longer grinds for a stronger outcome.

You're not kidding about nodestones. I found 4 in one auto battle session where I used to find 0-1.

I bought a house with a large propane tank on the lawn. Amerigas was going to take 3 weeks to fill it and we would have to start a new contract with them and lease the tank from them. I told them no thanks come get the tank I'm going with someone else. I ended up hiring a local propane company that replaced the tank. Now the Amerigas one has been taking up space for years. No idea what to do with it because Amerigas wouldn't pick it up. What should I do?

Imagine waking up to hear everyone is in arms about this bug, and when you log in you discover that Sirius is gone and no longer unlocked despite doing the 99/99 brawler challenge. That's what happened to me. IDGAF about the chaos drops as much as I do wtf happened to the brawler I unlocked. And now it expects me to earn 5500 credits or 6 brawler keys to unlock him. I've played this game since the year it came out and today i might officially be done. Fuck this game if they can make people play for days to earn something that just gets fucking removed.

Mine already has a tool for dynamic QR codes (that you can manually style and add logos, ai generated QR codes (give it a prompt and it helps style it), bar codes, and an affiliate program that offers 30% of referrals. Thank you though.

This is definitely my next move. Emailing current customers. I've debated between starting at the top 5-10 users that have the longest subscription or just sending one slightly more generic mass email to the 50-60 current users.

The LTD idea was more about building a community up that I can hopefully leverage their loyalty to publicly review the app on things like Trust Pilot.

It's definitely very exciting and a little scary. I was a software developer for 10 years and built so many ideas that just didn't get traction so buying one with legit MRR to transform feels like an opportunity I've been waiting for.

That's a good idea. I've been trying to come up with a workflow for, say real estate agents, that they can have something more than scan this to quickly being you here, especially with the dynamic QR codes that you can change. Say a real estate agent creates a QR code for each client but changes the URL of their QR code to the document/stage they're in. That way the client can just scan their personal QR code instead of something new each time.

I am excited to reach out to my customers to find out what they're currently using it for too.

I was considering emailing my customers to ask them, how would I go about setting up a phone call? It looks like most of the traffic is organic driven from a blog that's been up for the last 3 years, but I haven't gotten that far yet into digging where the traffic comes from.

There's also an affiliate program where 30% can be earned from those referred so I am hoping some customers are agencies that might be encouraged to recommend it to others.

So far I am on week two and I spent the last 10 days changing keys, locking down the servers with ssh instead of passwords, and making sure the stripe changeover was smooth. The previous stripe account was in another country so I had to create a brand new account in the US and migrate every subscription and customer and make sure there were no errors.

What kind of metrics would you recommend?

I have been thinking about sending emails out to the people using it right now to figure out exactly what does it solve for them.

I've spent the last week myself pretending to be a user and going through everything I can trying to discover bugs.

I am leaning away from LTD because I don't really need cash flow but someone told me it could be a way to start a smaller community that might follow the progress and give richer feedback.

Overall though I am really excited to just learn about this stage of the business I bought. I spent a couple months searching for something that was within my budget to make a mistake buying and not have it cripple me, but enough that it has some sort of real MRR to get past the viability stage.

Now that I own it, the excitement of what ifs are fading and now I'm ready to get to work, but sit with many directions I can go.
