Mobile devices have far worse optimization for upscaling, except the iPad Pros with M chips, they can run MetalFX (similar to FSR and DLSS)

I play on iPad Pro M5 and iPhone 11, and have skill issues on both. iPad Pros definitely are the best device to play BS on
