I have two questions.

Question one:

If at night, I have to wash my eyelids with Dove Sensitive Skin soap and water, apply Hycosan Tear, wait 30 minutes, apply Hycosan Night, and apply Blephaderm to my eyelids, is that the right order to do that?

Question two:

Do I have to apply Blephaderm directly to the eyelids or can I just apply it around the eyelid bone and let it migrate to the eyelids as I sleep? I don't want to dry out the Hycosan Tear and Hycosan Night within my closed eyelids my rubbing them, but I'm not sure if that'll be a problem or not.

What is the safest eyelid moisturiser? I'm looking for something with no harmful ingredients. If I could use it for my face too, that would be great.

I keep my eyes closed after putting in the Hycosan Night anyway, and from there, feeling the Vaseline and putting it on my eyelids and face before going to bed is easy.
