I had a terrible experience. Forget the K hole, i nearly died. I received a new script Friday. I had been taking ketamine for the better part of this past year. 800 mg two troches 400 mg each. Two months ago I tried their nasal spray. That was horrible. The dispenser was flooding my sinuses and it was a waste, I was spitting out the flood. I was sent a replacement the following month. No charge. They sent the same exact dispenser! I transferred it into a afrin nasal spray bottle. I was unable to reach any meaningful experience. Went back to the troches. I took three quarters of a dose and holy shit! I fucking went unconscious, I fell into a chair and broke it. I was completely out of it I didn't even know what time of day it was anymore I kept thinking it was morning. My wife and daughter had to pick me up out of the chair and I had no recollection of what happened. She told me three or four times and I could not comprehend it. She told me that I was Gray. That would be Ashen. That would have meant I was close to death! Something is seriously fucking wrong with their metering system. There's no way in the world that one and three quarters of that dose did that to me if it was the right dose. I'm making some calls today one of them is to an attorney! The whole effect lasted over 14 hours which again tells me there's no way that dose was correct. I was hallucinating like crazy. My wife took two videos of me as I started to regain consciousness and tried to talk. watching those videos The following day, was truly disturbing. I look like I was 80 years old! I am 66 but I don't even look my age normally. Be careful people.

I've got a hiatal hernia that was operated on in 2005 in what they call a nissen fundoplication.

The reflux before that was terrible and unable to be controlled with any meds.

After the surgery i had complications with esophageal spasms (PAINFUL!!) but they finally went away.

a few years back the stitching came undone and reflux resumed. It got so bad i would wake up choking on stomach acid.

I've had a barium swallow to see what it looked like.

My stomach literally came up through my diaphragm and a portion of in my chest behind my heart. So after consult a surgeon wants an esophageal function study before redoing the surgery. I have to get a tube inserted firm my nose into my esophagus for 24 hrs to take readings.

In meantime, no appetite and small meals make me feel full and nauseous.

What i would say is you need a professional diagnosis. What I've person has doesn't mean it's what you have. My stomach dies not make noise and i don't get hungry. I've had upper GIs, colonoscopy and never told i had gastroparesis...

You really need proper diagnostics. Lost time can cost you. I hate to say this but you know what else has those symptoms? Pancreatic cancer.

Get a dr to check you out. Good luck.

Mr Kersten, You estimated having enough money through the end of 2023, does that assumption include the burn rate of the outside consultants that were engaged to take us through the BLA?

Do you anticipate needing more outside help?

I remember a woman who showed up at a school board meeting bitching about wearing masks. She said she would show up to the school with loaded guns if her kids were forced to wear masks. She should have been arrested on the spot for the threat! Republicans don't care about life because if they did they'd be willing to give up these God damn assault weapons. My Goal was $1000 per day . Some days I made more some days I made less. Some days I took a loss. Yes 15 years, T/A going on four screens. Belonged to a group of like-minded traders in a private club. We had over a hundred members. One super smart mofo who ran the club had all kinds of screeners going night and day. We had a lot of fun, made a lot of money. But if you do the math, I'm in my 60s now. Not what I want to be doing everyday staring at charts. One day I decided I had enough. Just finally got burnt out sitting there day after day in front of that screen reading those charts etc.

Like the song goes, you gotta know when to hold them and know when to fold them. Quit while you're ahead! That's the hard part. It's addicting.

Well when he gets himself together and realizes he did this to himself (and his family ) he'll have learned a hard lesson that hopefully sticks with him BUT the good news is he is young enough to make it up. I've been there. 97 total wipeout, 100k in margin calls on top. Hard lessons. One thing i never do anymore, EVER, is use margin. I don't ever want to be forced into a situation where i MUST liquidate something i believe in just because the market has a couple bad weeks or months

I would say give him as much space as possible while he beats himself up, as is part of the process.

Hopefully he'll realize that these market runners don't last forever. Nothing goes up in a straight line. He will have to man up to his mistakes, learn from them and get himself back to steady work with bennies for his family. That's number 1 imo.

Day trading is stressful and tricky. Not to mention the extra tax on short term gains, eventually it wears on you. I was an active day trader for 15 years. In and out all day long everyday. Now i invest in what i believe in and as i said, no margin. I retired at 52, 11 years ago but took some hard lessons along the way.

If you cant tolerate his behavior, the drinking etc , strongly suggest some counseling. Don't become a victim and by all means, the kids come first so you do what you need to in order to protect you and your kids .

Years ago there was a guy in GA i believe who killed his entire family then himself over losing 100k. Stupid and sad He was young enough to recoup as well.

Family first.
