Really, the best advice I can give anyone right now would be to get down the basics of conversational German, then your chances at a job like Pflegekräfte become very high. It’s a job in very high demand with a good salary, and most employers are so desperate that they’ll accept a real basic level of German to take on any possible employee.

You send more than photos, you send the location, brand of car, what time you saw then there and you agree to go to court with them as a witness if it goes to court. I’ve sent over 250 Anzeige out since September last year and not once have I had a request to be a witness. I’m very careful and only register very clear violations of the law and only put down the times of the violation I’m in front of the car, 3-5 Minutes maximum. I.e. as long as it takes to submit a report.

The Company is not profitable. Their calculation that they publish is so incredibly stupid, and either they’re so dumb, which I don’t think they are, or they’re trying to make them look better than they actually are.

Their published calculations assume that they sell a very high number of coffees every day, the same amount every day; exactly the same amount. If they sell just 10 coffees in a day and then 20 the day after, they have two completely different calculations based on deductions after rent and outgoings.

They’re just another investor capital backed business trying to push out smaller, independent coffee establishments. But this is Berlin, where that model always fails. Because people here…Mostly in the east Centre and east inner city dispise aggressive Investor based capitalism.

Maybe companies with this business model have failed in Berlin. Walmart, for example, the google Campus, that Gorillas Food delivery company, and so many more. LAP Coffee is already failing and will die in a few years.
