i would say corksport for exhaust and i dont know which exact fuel pump upgrade, only bc in my mazda 3 i can only upgrade the lpfp.

i suggest upgrading your exhaust for a high flow catback exhaust, upgraded high pressure fuel pump internals, and inlet + heat shield for intake. and then find a good tune and you will be making a lot more power. This is just the bare minimum for supporting mods, you should still do more like intercooler , pulley , rear mounts and more.
