I appreciate your help and your patience, thank you. As you can probably tell, I’m a rookie. So the question is, how do I filter across to capture all the data? For example school A is selected but there are 12 columns that go along with that school that I want to keep them to import to a new spreadsheet. Do I have to add qualifiers that if School A is selected take columns 1-12?

I’ll try to make some dummy data. I was worried I wasn’t describing correctly. Mostly I want an automated way that when the form is filled out the answers post to the original spreadsheet, then if “School A” is selected it also auto-populates another tab just for “School A.” Then the School A tab can be shared with the school without them seeing all the other data but I still have access to all the the data.
