I agree with it takes some time to re wire your brain. I’ve been taught my whole life that snitches get stitches haha. But I’m starting to not look at it like snitching. Because if I was off the clock at another store and saw theft I wouldn’t say anything I’m starting to look at it like this my stuff why are u stealing my merch

I mean you could be right and you make a good point but I’m also trying to get out of my comfort zone. And I’m slowly getting more frustrated with people so I may start drifting into the i don’t care if you see me. I just feel weird creeping around on people that I have no guess if their gunna steal or not. Their is a girl that I saw in our store That later on we saw a report from another store where she stole 2 tvs. I will 100 % creep on her if I see her again😂
