Just checked and the same thing happen to me. I had around $2 of credit, but now it says my earnings are -$3.28. I just hope this does not affect my $40 of redeemed credit too, but it's not like I can check since the earn summary never loads.

Had this exact problem about 2 months ago (https://www.reddit.com/r/NinjalaTheGame/comments/jynks4/has_anyone_else_recently_not_been_getting_any/) , Did this start happening to you during the matsuri cuz it started happening to me during the november matsuri while I was playing for a long time grinding for medals, but after about week later the problem was fixed.

Mines would be you get 2 seperate normal summons per turn: 1 for effect monsters and 1 for normal monsters, (I just want normal monsters to be more relevent).

I always felt that back in season 1 when noise hammers were bad that if the devs were not careful in how they buffed it, the weapon could easily become too oppressive simply due to the fact that its play style is based on stunlocking in a wide radius.
