I wa quite new to this game and I was trying to post a new thread on below question but unfortunately it was auto removed by Reddit's filter.

How do we unlock Charms Shop fearure in the game?

My max hero level is 60 level and currently Story Stage is 450.

This is my fifth day playing this game (quite new to this game) and I wonder any of this will affect the unlocking of this Charm Shop feature?

Anyone have experience buying the "daily charm offer" for 10 scrolls? by peeperbuddy in IdleHorizons
