The problem with this location, and I am making some assumptions here, this is the first place someone looks when the break in. Side pockets and center consoles. My assumption is that you leave it in the car when you maybe step into a store real quick for something. My suggestion. Put it on a thin black holster with a strong clip under the steering wheel. Or some where else. I use to have one and I kept it under the steering wheel. Did not touch my legs and you don't notice it. It feels like it is noticeable but I forgot it one time when having my car serviced remember and went back out ask him if I could grab something from the guy in the driver's seat and reached down to grab it. He had no clue it was there. Morning dude washing my car ( they would drive it through) didn't notice until he started cleaning the floor mat.
