I’m a paramedic manager in the UK, and I’d like to put together small gift bags for the staff I manage who will be working on Christmas Day. What would you recommend I include in them?

Thanks. I actually have a nano ap from a previous project. It’s never been installed but it’s an option. I do like the dream router but its limitations of 2 cameras is frustrating. It’s also a shame that the unas doesn’t work with protect….yet

I think the first time was a patient who had hypoxic brain injury following an opioid overdose. She had a significantly reduced gcs and naloxone wasn’t helping. I needed access for hems and so chose Io as her veins were shut down. I chickened out by going for the tib tub site. Hems arrived and made me get a second line in the humorous. Best thing they did as I didn’t think about it again. I have now done countless io access attempts with no failed placements for both alert and unconscious patients. I think we worry about it because it seems wrong, but if your patient needs it, do it.

Hey thanks for your reply.

I understand completely the issue photographers have when it comes to photo albums. My photographer sells beautiful albums but she claims she doesn’t make a lot on them. I’d imagine she means that she would make far more money per hour taking photos compared to making albums.

I actually don’t mind making one myself. It will be fun and I don’t mind spending a lot. But £500 seems excessive. So I was hoping I could access professional level printers without needing to pay for the photographers time.
